  • Account Information: When you sign up for the web application, we collect your email address via our authentication provider (Supabase).
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Input Data: We collect the URLs you submit for analysis, your selected preferences (e.g., US State region, consent flow type), and any specific prompts you provide for granular testing.
  • Chat Queries: If you use the AI chat feature to ask questions about your reports, we collect and store your query history to provide the chat context.

B. Information Generated by the Service

  • Analysis Results: We store the artifacts generated by your tests, including:
    • Screenshots of the target website.
    • Network traffic logs (requests, cookies, tracker data).
    • Generated analysis reports (Markdown, JSON).
  • Usage Logs: We may collect logs regarding your interaction with the Service (e.g., timestamps of tests run, success/failure status).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: * Provide the Service: Execute the privacy scans you request, generate reports, and maintain your account history. * Process Payments: Manage your subscription status and free test limits. * Improve the Tool: Analyze usage patterns to enhance tracker detection accuracy and tool performance. * AI Features: We use OpenAI's API to process your natural language queries about the reports. Your report content and queries are sent to OpenAI for this purpose.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service:

  • Supabase: For authentication, database hosting, and file storage.
  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • OpenAI: For generating AI summaries and chat responses based on analysis reports.
  • Browserbase / Cloud Infrastructure: To run the headless browsers required for scanning websites.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention

  • Test Results: We retain your test results (reports, screenshots) associated with your account so you can access your history. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing ram@papayacomply.ai
  • Anonymous Runs: If you run a test without logging in, the results are stored temporarily or claimed by you if you subsequently log in.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including using HTTPS for data in transit and relying on reputable cloud providers (Supabase) for secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
